Our Certification Journey
- 16 June 2025 — Stage 1 Audit. Bureau Veritas reviews documentation, scope, and readiness.
- 24 June 2025 — Stage 2 Certification Audit. Lead Auditor Yogesh Chougale conducts the main on-site audit at the Science City facility.
- 12 August 2025 — Scope finalised. Bureau Veritas Technical Review Committee confirms the six-clause certified scope.
- 03 September 2025 — ISO 9001:2015 Certificate issued. Certificate IND.25.899/QM/U signed by Dr. JN Manian, BVCH SAS UK Branch.
- From September 2026 onwards — Annual surveillance audits. Year 1 + Year 2 surveillance, followed by full recertification before September 2028.

Beyond ISO 9001 — What’s Next
Our quality team is currently preparing the documentation framework for NABH Small Health Care Organisations (SHCO) accreditation — a separate Indian healthcare-specific standard that complements ISO 9001.
NABH SHCO is in preparation, not yet certified. We are transparent about this — we will only claim NABH accreditation when the certificate is formally issued. Our internal QMS Coordinator and external quality consultant are working through the standard’s ten-chapter framework.
