Foundational references written for patients and families. Each entry is descriptive rather than prescriptive — designed to support informed conversations with your clinician, not to replace individual consultation. This library will grow over time as we publish further references across women’s health.
Female Reproductive Anatomy
A patient-facing clinical reference covering external and internal anatomy, vasculature, pelvic floor, and lymphatic drainage.
Menstrual Cycle Physiology
The HPO axis, follicular and luteal phases, hormone dynamics, normal cycle variation, and when irregularity warrants evaluation.
What this library will cover over time
As the patient-education library grows, expected additions include:
- Common gynaecological conditions in plain language — PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, adenomyosis, menopause, prolapse, pelvic pain
- Fertility and reproductive education — ovulation, fertility windows, sperm and egg biology, fertility preservation
- Pregnancy education — trimester-by-trimester development, common changes, when to call

- Glossary of clinical terms used during consultations
Each addition will be written by a clinician on the team, reviewed for accuracy against current international guidance, and dated.
