Our coordination model is designed around continuity — a treatment plan agreed before travel, a structured stay during care, and a clear handover for follow-up in your home country.

Pre-arrival workflow

1. Initial enquiry via WhatsApp, email, or web form. We acknowledge within one working day.
2. Document review — please share prior ultrasounds, MRI/CT, operative notes, AMH, semen analysis (if relevant), and outpatient records.
3. Virtual consultation with Dr. Patel or the relevant clinician via secure video. A clinical opinion is shared in writing afterwards.
4. Treatment proposal — indicated investigations, treatment options, expected duration of stay, and a transparent cost estimate.
5. Scheduling — surgery date, IVF cycle start window, or consultation slot confirmed in writing.

On-ground coordination

• Recommendations for accommodation within walking or short-drive distance of the hospital
• Airport transfer arrangement on request
• Translator coordination where language support is required
• A dedicated point of contact through your stay
• Outpatient and pre-op investigations completed in a structured 24–48 hour window where feasible

Continuity of care after you return home

Most patients can return home within 5 to 10 days of advanced laparoscopic surgery, depending on the procedure and recovery. Follow-up consultations are conducted by secure video. Where ongoing care is required locally, we liaise with your home clinician on request, sharing the operative record and imaging.

For IVF, the embryo transfer phase and luteal support are completed at our centre; subsequent obstetric care is then handed over to your local team with a clear handover note.

Cost transparency

An itemised written estimate is shared before travel. The estimate covers consultation, investigations, surgery or IVF, hospital stay, and medications. Variations are flagged only where intra-operative findings change the procedure scope — and are discussed with the patient or next-of-kin before the change is made.

We do not accept third-party commissions and do not work with medical-tourism brokers who add hidden mark-ups. Patients pay the hospital directly.

What we will not do

• We do not promise guaranteed outcomes for IVF, surgery, or any treatment
• We do not over-investigate or recommend procedures that are not clinically indicated
• We do not use fear-based or pressured communication to confirm bookings
• We will defer treatment or recommend a local opinion where that is the better course for the patient
